Upon purchase, we will email you our address and ask you what colours/design you would like. We advise using recorded delivery for your loved one’s ashes (if you live local to Grimsby, we can collect from you if you'd prefer). We only need a teaspoon to create your beautiful keepsake. 

We will keep you informed every step of the way and will return any unused ashes to you. Memorial Keepsakes can take around 24 days to make and be delivered.
